Breakfast at hotel. Morning walking tour to TAJ MAHAL – The monument of Love. Besides being famous for one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Agra is also known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and soft stone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work..The world famous Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It took the efforts of approx 20,000 craftsmen for 22 years and the passion of Shah Jahan to create this white marble masterpiece. This marble poetry was created by Shah Jahan in fond memories of her beloved queen Mumtaj Mahal. Return to hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit AGRA FORT – Taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. The Fort can be more accurately described as a walled palatial city. It was built from red sandstone, often inlaid with white marble & intricate decorations.Return to hotel. Dinner at hotel.Overnight stay at Hotel – Amar Vilas – Agra.
Day 03: Agra – Jaipur (By Bus)
Breakfast at hotel. Check out at Hotel and Transfer to Jaipur. On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost Capital), the political capital of India’s Mughal Empire under Akbar’s reign, from the year 1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned, ostensibly due to lack of water. We visit Emperor Akbar’s Residential complex, Mosque & Tomb of Salim Chisti. Lunch at The Bagh Garden :Bharatpur. Optional tour to Abhaneri – Chand Baori is a famous stepwell situated in the village Abhaneri near Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. This step well is located opposite the Harshat Mata Temple and is one of the deepest and largest step wells in India. It was built in the 9th century and has 3500 narrow steps and 13 stories, and is 100 feet deep. Legends say that ghosts built it in one night and that it has so many steps to make it impossible for someone to retrieve a coin once it’s been dropped in the well.

With its rich & colorful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage sites in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. Day 04: Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel Morning visit Amber Fort set in picturesque and rugged hills is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Constructed by Raja Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by Mirja Raja Jai Singh the fort was made in red sandstone and white marble. The rugged forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise with a beautiful fusion of art and architecture. Amber is the classic and romantic fort-palace with a magnificent aura.Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience. Lunch at Hotel LE MERIDIEN. After lunch City sightseeing Visit City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven-storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens & the city. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date.We now visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five – storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world through its 593 stone Jharokha (mini windows). Return to Hotel. Dinner at hotel.
